FINAL WEEKS + ON THE DAY

This service is for couples who have most of their plans in place, but want a truly relaxed day, knowing we’re there to manage all the logistics and make sure all your plans come together perfectly.

Three months before your wedding, we’ll come on board to get fully up to speed, coordinating all your vendors and handling any last-minute details. We’ll craft a comprehensive, well-thought-out schedule that covers every aspect of your day. On the day itself, we’ll be there for up to 5 hours to ensure everything runs seamlessly, giving you the peace of mind to relax and enjoy every moment.

Looking for the perfect venue or dream location? Need advice on legalities and logistics? Our 20-hour, pay-as-you-plan package is perfect for those who want to take charge of their planning but need expert support for specific concerns or key elements.

We’re based in Edinburgh, the most incredible City! We would love to meet you in person for a chat about your plans and a delicious coffee on us!

Coorie classes an Elopement as anything between 2 – 12 guests. 12 would be our maximum guest numbers and would also include you as a couple.



Some of our wedding packages include on-the-day coordination, but for our full elopement plan, we offer a separate, discounted rate of £1000. This allows couples to have us present when they need us and gives them flexibility if they don’t.

We take our planning fee in two stages. 50% is due at booking and that allows us to get the research and initial plan underway. We then take 50% two months before your wedding.

We manage your budget and payment schedules and always keep you up to date on what is due and when. If you book a package which includes suppliers, we will pay them directly. To avoid international bank transfer fees we suggest using transferwise.

Yes, it’s our speciality. Around 90% of our couples are destination clients. We understand how important it is to trust the people guiding you, and know what it takes to make the process enjoyable and stress free!
