Once you choose Coorie, you will receive our thoughtfully curated guides, along with a comprehensive planning needs questionnaire to get started. During your initial inspiration meeting we will delve into your vision, setting the stage to bring your dream day to life!
You will receive your very own personalised wedding portal. This features custom checklists, stunning mood boards, and effortless access to all the details you need to stay organised and inspired.
Vendor + design recommendations will be carefully curated and delivered in beautifully designed presentations with all the essential information you need to confidently choose your perfect fit!

Amanda
Owner and senior planner
After falling deeply in love with the beauty of Scotland and its amazing people, Amanda decided to move up to Edinburgh from London 17 years ago. She has since travelled across the country learning as much as possible about the landscape, culture, and food.
For the past 12 years, her focus has been the wonderful world of intimate Scottish weddings and elopements. Since joining COORIE in 2021, she has become co-owner and senior planner, bringing her passion, creativity, and expertise to the heart of the team.
Holly
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Holly is the talented Executive Assistant at COORIE, offering exceptional support and care to Amanda. As the behind-the-scenes wizard and spreadsheet queen, she’s truly an invaluable member of the COORIE family.
Outside work, Holly embraces her romantic and creative spirit through a variety of hobbies. You’ll often find her cultivating her own flower garden, & styling beautiful blooms.
